slimfast shakes!
they're such a good meal replacement, they have tons of protien which is GOOD.
and they're only 180cals, plus im not hungrey for hours! i love love love it.
the coffee flavor is the best :)

i havent posted in 4 weeks, i know such along time. geesh.
but i really have nothing excited to post about, well i am getting very into mac makeup but thast a whole other story. so instead of talking i am postinggg whatever the fuck these things are called down below.
